Getting stuck in negative thought
Our minds tend to hold on to negative thought and, thus, we find it difficult to see any positives in our day-to-day. This TedTalk from Psychologist Alison Ledgerwood brings up a few simple tests conducted to prove how a single positive thought can help us release all the negative ones from our day, making a drastic change in the way we think about ourselves and those around us.
The good news is, with simple exercises, we can teach our mind to concentrate on the positives of each day and do away with the negative. Fact is, there is scientific proof that positive thinking has a massive influence on our health, our life and everyone around us too.
