Raw dehydrated vegetable and fruit wraps
It never ceases to impress me how inventive people get. I don’t know, maybe it’s me and it’s not new for anybody else. But, I’ve only been a Vegan for a few months, so a whole new world is opening up to me. But raw dehydrated veggie and fruit wraps are just swell. Here’s a selection of 3 videos to introduce you to this little beauty by TannyRaw.

When I discovered these beauties, my lower lip trembled. These dehydrated wraps are so fun to dabble with – you can try a mixture of different vegetables, fruits, tastes. And then, you have as much flexibility when it comes to what to put inside the wraps. Again, mix things up. Add a yummy vegan dip, or some vegan mayonnaise. The world is your oyster!
But there’s more…
Let these babies dehydrate a little more and you can make crunchy crackers that you can eat with your favourite dip. Or, if you flatten the mixture thinly enough in your dehydrator, then you can get yourself some yummy raw vegan crisps.
And while we’re at it. This is the video that accompanies TannyRaw’s recipe which I added to my recipes at the OhSo Food Network.
